The SixAxis Email Signature Composer is used to create and manage employee email signatures. We collect the contact details entered into the form, uploaded headshots, generated signature records, authentication session data, and basic server logs needed to operate and secure the application.

Information is used to generate email signature HTML, keep reusable signature links available, support account security, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the service. We do not sell personal information.
